Molly Tadich Gopher Women's Basketball Alumni Game

Gopher greats of the past reunite at Williams Arena for the 2nd annual Molly Tadich Gopher Women's Basketball Alumni Game. Named for Tadich, a Gophers legend in the '80s who died in 2008, the event had Gopher alumni compete in a 3-point shootout, a free throw shootout, Lightning and of course, the game.

Participants included members of the first Minnesota team to qualify for the NCAA tournament, such as Shannon Loeblien, Mary Klotzbeecher and Crystal Flint. Corrin Von Wald and Kim Prince, members of the 2002 and 2003 Minnesota teams to make the big dance, also played.

TSB Television also got in to the "back in the day" spirit, rolling out a retro graphics package resembling NBC Sports broadcasts in the early 1990s.
