Hot-shooting Lynx beat Fever 96-74

INDIANAPOLIS(AP) The Minnesota Lynx scored 100 points in a game just once in their first 10 years, then nearly did it on consecutive nights to start this season.

Charde Houston scored a career-high 23 points, and the Lynx beat the Indiana Fever 96-74 on Sunday night.

Minnesota shot a team-record 63 percent from the field and never trailed, one night after a 102-85 win over Chicago. Coach Jennifer Gillom told her team after that game to expect a tougher challenge on Sunday because Indiana traditionally has one of the league's top defensive teams.
