OK. It seems that the Washington Mystics have taken the time to scout teams within say 200 miles of their arena. To find a player like Josephine Owino that is 6'3", plays NAIA D-I, and I trust is somewhat athletic is just like what a general manager should be doing to improve his/her team.
Wait a second, didn't this person use to work for the Minnesota Lynx?
