WBCBL - Jaguars 91 Robins 76

The Minnesota Jaguars (6-0, 1-0) made their home and WBCBL league debut Saturday and did not disappoint the 150 fans that made it to Concordia University, St. Paul as they defeated the 2010 league champions Rock County Robins (1-1) from Wisconsin 91-76.

The Jaguars were led by former Mpls. North & WNBA journey player Tamara Moore (University of Wisconsin) picked up a double double (27 points – 10 rebounds) while teammate Gillian Bjerke (Concordia University – St. Paul) put in 27 points as well. The Robins Marke Freeman (Northern Illinois University) had 20 points and Ebony Ellis (Northern Illinois University) added 16.

The next home game is Sunday, May 29th at Concordia University St. Paul at 2pm in a rematch with the Rock County Robins.
