Kara Lawson has a pretty cozy "scouting" job: her position as a studio analyst on ESPN's NCAA women's basketball broadcasts gives her info on future WNBA players that other players won't get until the collegiate stars are drafted. However, Lawson tells Mike Peden of Community Hoops she enjoys her job because of what she gains outside the WNBA uniform.
