The Golden Bears opened the finale match with a 17-kill first set while holding Florida Tech to only eight kills. They opened things up with a 16-7 run to finish the set, spreading the offensive might around among multiple hitters. Florida Tech also struggled to keep the ball in the court, leading to the 25-15 CU win.

The second set of the match was significantly closer with FT seeing better results offensively. The deciding set, however, saw the momentum shift back to Concordia. CU power and FC woes put the Golden Bears up 12-5 early on. The set's best rotation came with Taylor Fieldsted at the serving line and Megan Carlson and Emily Palkert swinging away in the front row.

Carlson was the top weapon with 17 kills, followed by Sadie Kessler and Palkert with 11 kills each. Maggie McNamara connected with her hitters for 47 assists on the team's 50 kills. Mary Slinger was the only CU player to finish in double figures for digs, tabbing 17. Another defensive stance came from Palkert, who was involved in six of Concordia's seven blocks.

Florida Tech was held to a slim .082 hitting average. They did not have a player reach double figures for kills.
